110 Coffey Street


A boutique collection of private residences at 110 Coffey Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our imagery explores both the carefully designed interiors and the building’s strong connection to its distinctive waterfront surroundings.

The five-storey development comprises approximately 11 homes, defined by a refined industrial material palette and generous areas of glazing inspired by the character and architectural heritage of Red Hook. Residences on the upper levels, together with the rooftop spaces, benefit from expansive views across the bay towards Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and the wider New York skyline.

The visuals capture a contemporary interpretation of Brooklyn living, where natural light, materiality, and the unique atmosphere of the waterfront come together to shape the identity of the project.
